Terrazas was placed under arrest for aggravated fleeing to elude a peace officer, driving while license suspended and unlawful use of a weapon. A short time later the vehicle and the driver, Luis Terrazas JR, age 30 of Baileyville, were located on Avon Street in near Locust Avenue in Forreston. The pursuit was terminated as the vehicle entered the Village of Forreston at a high rate of speed. The vehicle attempted to flee from deputies and continued at a high rate of speed.
